1931 OH Ohio Passenger License Plate Tag #667-104 - Professionally Restored - Black on Grey
This Steel plate is 6" X 14" and has been professionally restored.
It has Black numbers on a Grey background with a high gloss clear coat finish on the front.  Even though it has been professionally restored, it is not "perfectly" flat!  It has slight bends along the top and bottom edge.  The starting bid is less than the cost of just the restoration.
