All returns must be applied within 14 days of receipt with the original receipt or invoice. You need to have return authorization by contacting us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. The shipping cost is not refundable. We are really sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping cost. Items must be returned brand new. Unwrapped or installed parts will not be accepted.
