The Giuseppe Verdi Opera is a gorgeous limited edition pen from renowned Italian fountain pen brand Aurora, which pays homage to the classical composer Giuseppe Verdi, one of Italy's most famous sons and composer of some of the most well-known and highly respected operas of all time. Aurora only produced 1,919 pieces of this model, in reference to the year of its existence, 1919. The pen has a black resin barrel, cap, chiseled rings, and head dipped in solid gold-dipped silver. The nib is solid 18 karat gold with an ebonite feed, the highest luxury to provide the best writing experience. The ring on the cap is engraved with "AURORA," as well as the number of the pen, "No. 1400," indicating its number out of 1919 made.
This pen has been inked and written with a few times. However, the pen is in good condition other than noted. The blue ink has been partially flushed, but some residue does remain.

This amazing pen belonged to my father, who was an avid fountain pen collector. I do not claim to be a fountain pen expert, but I can vouch for the quality of his pen collection.
