    This listing is for a fabulous and rare Sterling Silver creamer and lidded sugar bowl made by Bailey, Banks & Biddle in the Aesthetic Movement taste. Both pieces are embossed with elaborately detailed designs that cover the entire body to include the handles which are also entirely engraved. The set dates to the late 19th to early 20th Century. Silver is stamped "Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Sterling" who started business in Philadelphia PA in 1878 and were well known for their quality Sterling Silver items.
    Creamer measures 3 1/4" high (at handle), 2 1/2" high (at side of pot), 5 7/8" wide (spout to handle) with a 3 1/4" diameter top. Weighs 225 grams. Sugar measures 4 1/4" high (to top of lid), 3 1/2" high (to top of handle), 6" wide (handle to handle) with a 2 3/4" diameter top. Weighs 335 grams. Combined weight is 560 grams.
    This unusual set is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws reflecting minor wear to the bases from normal use.
