Description

Our crucible designed to meld precious metal like gold and silver with other regular metal .As our crucible can withstand temperature up to 1400 o degree Celsius it can be used in kilns ,propane melting furnace, electric melting furnace.

PRE HEAT PROCEDURE
For new crucibles and/or after long cool off phase crucible - Heat empty crucible slowly to 390F to eliminate any moisture, then heat on low power to 600C OR up to bright red hot condition.
However the slow heating phase to 390F should be adopted whenever the crucible has been allowed to cool off for extended periods.
In the case of large capacity crucibles and furnaces with high output burners the rate of temperature rise should be controlled in the initial stages to avoid thermal stress.
SAFTY
Proper safety clothing and equipment must be worn at the time of pouring.
Any residual moisture must be removed slowly from the crucible and/or furnace refractories before use.
Ensure that no moisture or volatile materials are introduced into the melt.
It is used as transfer vessels must be sufficiently pre-heated before being filled with molten metal.
Hot crucibles should not be placed down on a cold surface and should only be used for the purpose for which it is designed.
CARE
Store crucible in dry and warm area
Do not roll or stack one crucible inside another
Recommended tangential fire
Empty crucible before removing from furnace, do not solidify your metal
NOTE: Crucible should be pre heat before use to remove moisture else it can be fracture.
**CAPACITY IS DEPEND ON WHICH METAL IS USED**
Note - Product user manual and assembly instruction provided with packing. Refractory Ceramic Fiber may have red spot due to reaction of Coating by Rigidizer but it will not affect on the product application.
