Estate antique Edwardian large sterling vermeil shell cameo pendant

Here is this very beautiful early 20th century antique Edwardian era large sterling silver pendant with a very well made handcarved natural shell cameo , the figure faces to the right and has fine detailed carving of what looks like a male face on a curved piece of natural shell with the sterling silver gold vermeil bezel custom fit around the curve of the shell , this is amazing craftsmanship seen on the back how they custom fit this cameo so that it is very structurally sturdy , this pendant weighs 16.4 grams and measures 2 1/4 inches top to bottom including the bail that is thick and sturdy and will hold up to a 3 mm chain comfortably . It has a beautiful patina with the gold just slightly starting to wear off.  Please study the photos this is a very well made and beautiful antique in excellent condition  ... .
