Estate STERLING SILVER SUGAR TONG Claw with Unknown "Knight" hallmark antique

Description

From an estate; unpolished and as found.  I do not know the maker or pattern of these 4" tongs.  Each claw has 5 fingers.  Slightly uneven side lengths from the bend. Marked sterling and there is a hallmark that looks like a knight with a long plume flowing toward the right from the top of his helmet.  Perhaps someone will recognize that.
