Frosty Bites Party Penguin
Description:  Frosty Bites Party Penguin Sno-Cone Maker.  Make any flavor Sno-Cone or Icicle at home!  This is a toy sno-cone maker that is hand-cranked.  To use it, you will fill up the fish shaped ice cube trays, freeze, and put them in Mr. Penguin's top hat.  Turn the crank to shave the ice and it is dispensed in a tray below.  You can flavor your shaved ice with the small dispenser bottle included.  There are exposed blades on the inside of the item, watch your kids when they use this.  It does not make a lot at a time, it's just a fun toy.  Dated 1996 on the box.
Size:  Mr. Penguin is about 10.5" tall.  The ice well in his top hat is about 4.5" deep x 2" across.

Condition:  Item is clean and ready to use.  Shows wear, not perfect- clear bowls are hazy, Mr. Penguin's nose has a small mark on it, cosmetic stuff like that.  Box included but it is very worn.
