DESCRIPTION
- Muncie Pottery #253 canoe and matching flower frog in matte green over lilac glaze.
CONDITION
- Very good condition with glaze nicks to foot edge of frog (possibly from grinding). Slight rocking of frog on flat surface and a significant rocking when placed inside canoe. No chips or cracks. Please enlarge and view all photos as part of the description, thank you!
MARK
- Marked “Muncie” with 253 in pencil and another inscribed mark as seen in the photos.
SIZE
- Canoe measures 11 3/4” long x 3 1/2” tall x 2 3/4” wide. Flower frog measures 6 1/4” long x 2” wide x 7/8” tall.
