    Description

    Muncie Pottery created many lamp base designs and several of them were borrowed from their vase shapes.
    Here we have an excellent, unique example of a Muncie lamp base known as Skyscraper to collectors. The lamp base stands 6 inches tall and is in wonderful condition although a section of the base was broken and reattached. This lamp base is an iconic design of the art deco period! A piece that would excite any collector of American art pottery. Add this piece to your collection before someone else does!!
    Outstanding lamp base in that it is no chips,no scratches to glaze. FREE from crazing. Repair to base. Any non-perfections are from the firing/manufacturing process. The white spots are studio light reflections.
