WARRANTY
If there are any defects or problems discovered during the first month, please contact us and we will replace the defective parts for you free of charge. The bike is fairly simple to work on, but if you are not comfortable with a screwdriver or an Allen wrench, we ask that you locate a mechanically savvy person that can assist. We will provide you the part(s) and the advice, but we do not cover 'labor' - so we expect you to work on the bike, with our help of course, if it becomes necessary.
We will happily provide support free of charge as long as you own the bike, and you will be able to purchase all parts directly from us. The parts for this bike are also commonly available on eBay and Amazon, but you are always welcome to contact us for help as we know these bikes inside and out.
For example, inner tubes, footpegs, body plastics, the chain can all be replaced free of charge, but you will have to put it on.
If you want to take it to a 'professional', we recommend that you take the bike to a local lawnmower shop because the engine in the bike is a string-trimmer type engine that they will be very familiar with and have the parts for (carburetors, clutches, pull starts, etc).
WARRANTY COVERED
We warranty the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for the warranty period from the date your product is delivered.
Damages on Arrival shall be notified WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAY UPON DELIVERY.
The engine is covered to be free from manufacturer defects for three (3) months. Parts are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects for one (1) month. Warranty details are attached below in the description.
RETURN POLICY
The bike shops in a large box. We do the best we can to get it delivered to you without any damage. Sometimes, a plastic panel can get scratched or even cracked during shipping. If this happens, please contact us, and we will mail you a replacement part free of charge. We have all parts in stock for this bike.
Because shipping for the whole bike is expensive, we don't normally take returns. Instead, we send you the parts and help you replace them - we'll be happy to help you over email or phone, however, you prefer.
Of course, if you do not want it and found it does not fit for you, but we will charge a return shipping fee and restocking fee.
When we receive the return item and check the usage condition, we will process your refund ASAP
