Description
A stunning Victorian sterling silver creamer and sugar made by renown London silversmith Charles Edwards in 1892. Both the creamer and sugar have intricate repousse and chasing work and unmarked silver shields on the front should someone wish to engrave the pieces. The sugar bowl measures 3 1/8" in diameter at the top and 2" in height. The creamer measures 3 3/8" in length from the end of the handle to the spout and 2" in height. There is a slight remnant of gold wash in the interior of both pieces and although both are in very good condition there are minor dents on the bottom commensurate with age.
