Vintage Aurora 88P piston filler. Med/Fine flex14k nib. Gold cap. Ex+ & working

I'm selling one of my 2 Aurora 88's. The company was established in 1919 and remained successful until WW2 disrupted production. They recovered quickly after the war and in 1946 introduced the Aurora 88, probably as a response to the success of the modern Parker 51. It is arguably the most important model in the Aurora line. It came in several variations, all very well made and it remains in production today.  I think this pen dates from the 1950's but please don't hesitate to ask questions if they will help you date the pen more accurately. The pen feels more solid and well made than the Parker 51 it emulated in terms of streamlining.
This pen has a tight flat clip with black enamel inlay. The small word AURORA is on the back side of the cap. The barrel is unmarked but the grip section is marked 88P and AURORA. On the back side of the nib section there is a small M, which I assume is the nib size. It's a pretty fine Medium in my opinion. It is very smooth and has a bit of flex to it. With a bit more flow some good line variation would be easy. It's not a dry writer as is but if you wanted to take full advantage of the flex a bit wetter flow would be good.
