OILED HARNESS LEATHER U.S. MADE WESTERN WITHER STRAP
This nice oiled harness leather wither strap is made in the U.S. Thick cut harness leather, doubled and stitched for strength and durability.  Scissor snaps on each end for attachment to your breast collar.  Will adjust approximately 25" to 32".  **Oiled harness leather is not a stained or finished leather.  If you bend the item the leather actually lightens up and will go back to the original color afterward.  There will also be markings and striations which is a normal characteristic.  A wither strap will lay across the horses withers or neck.  Designed to help hold the breast collar up in the proper position as well as provides a very unique appearance.  Unique and nice quality piece of tack.  Brand new from Showman Products.  I have lots of wither straps available in other colors of leather and other styles.

Shipping Information and Costs
- US shipping will be .95 via USPS First Class Mail
- Canadian shipping will be .95 via USPS First Class International Mailing
- International shipping will be .95 via USPS First Class International Mailing. International shipping is ANYWHERE worldwide!
**Canadian and International buyers need to be aware that delivery times may vary greatly due to customs and delivery time within your country. Please allow ample time for delivery to you! Also, when shipping Internationally, any delays or potential customs fees that may be incurred will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Combined Shipping Rates
I am more than happy to combine shipping to save costs! In order to take advantage of my combined shipping rates, you must wait until you are all finished before paying. I will combine your invoice and send an amended invoice reflecting your shipping discounts.
As a general rule, I will combine shipping as follows: base shipping amount on highest stated shipping amount of items purchased then each additional item will be just .50 for US buyers and .00 each item for Canadian and International buyers

**Occasionally there will be exceptions for combined shipping. For example, I cannot ship two saddle pads together at the combined shipping rate. The additional combined shipping rate on larger items will be stated in those listings.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items. I try very hard to provide ample information regarding my items. Measurements and sizes are provided to assist you. If you must return an item, you must notify me immediately and item must be received back within those 30 days. If items are returned after the 30 days the package will be refused and a refund will not be issued!!!!  NO exceptions!  The item must be returned in the exact condition of which you received it.
Used or "tried out" items may not be returned!
Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed through Paypal for the item cost only...shipping charges are not refundable.  It is the buyers responsible to read and comply with the return policies as stated above.
